**Senior Contracts Manager Position Overview**

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in contract management, negotiation, and leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and contractual terms.
  • Manage commercial relationships with contractors and consultants to achieve continuous improvement in the delivery of works and services.
  • Lead contractual negotiations and provide guidance to project managers and program directors as needed.
  • Review and approve individual contract management strategies and set targets for KPIs in incentive schedules.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

This position requires a strong background in contract management, negotiation, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business administration, or construction management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and managing commercial relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
