Civil Engineering Graduate Role

This programme is your gateway to becoming a future leader in the construction industry. As a Civil Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to be mentored by a Senior Site Engineer where you'll be actively involved in a variety of technical tasks across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist on all aspects of technical processes and procedures
  • Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Setting out
  • Gather and analyse data for project planning, including environmental impact assessments, testing, and site surveys
  • Support site inspections and monitor construction activities
  • File site project documentation
  • Requisition of materials
  • Quality control
  • Document control
  • Managing site records and deliveries
  • Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Hold (obtained within the last 2 years) or be working towards (2026 graduates) a Degree / Higher Diploma in Minimum of Level 7/8 degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • IT literate, with a proactive approach to learning and ability to leverage emerging technologies including AI tools
