Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team in Limerick City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and maintaining high technical standards across systems and processes to align with organizational goals.

You will ensure effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders in the business, while supporting field engineers and supervisors with complex technical issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.

Additionally, you will monitor onboarding and ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) for engineers, supervisors, and managers, as well as manage progression plans for all engineers towards product excellence.

Finally, you will coordinate with HQ to facilitate webinars, face-to-face sessions, and technical updates, ultimately enhancing our technical capabilities.
