Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage professional to join our team at a luxury hotel and resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record, pre-check, and pick up all food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve guests promptly and courteously while promoting additional sales.
  • Set tables as needed prior to guest arrival, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Ensure the working area and station are stocked with mise-en-place and kept organized at all times.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of food and beverage menus to advise guests on selection and promote sales accordingly.
  • Take opportunities to up-sell in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Comply with Food Safety regulations as set out in our policy.
