Job Overview

We are expanding our finance department to support EMEA operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and accounts payable processes.
  • Manage, approve, and send payments.
  • Coordinate with teams to process invoices and maintain accurate vendor information.
  • Prepare and post journal entries as needed and assist with month-end closure.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Maintain financial accuracy by adhering to internal controls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Accounting certification (in progress).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in a startup or public accounting environment.
  • Able to work on multiple projects with deadlines.
  • Experience with Coupa/Concur/NetSuite.
  • Understanding of US GAAP principles.
