Job Summary:

Commercial Driver Required

We are seeking a reliable and skilled commercial driver to transport goods and materials safely across the Kildare area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing road safety and adherence to schedules.
  • Effectively manage multi-drop deliveries within designated areas, ensuring timely completion and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee compliance with safety standards and optimal vehicle performance.
  • Develop strong geographical knowledge of the region to efficiently navigate and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep for company vehicles, reflecting positively on our brand image.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members through clear and concise communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid B license, obtained through recognized authorities.
  • Minimum age requirement of 25 years old, as per insurance guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work on a contract basis, accommodating varying scheduling demands.
  • Excellent driving record, free from major infractions, demonstrating a commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a professional demeanor.
