  • Manage and plan a service for adults with Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health issues who have varying disabilities and complex health needs in a person-centred respite setting.
  • Implement and ensure regulations and standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality customer-focused service.
  • Provide support to staff within the respite service, maintaining rotas, training, leadership, supervision, support/care plans, and communication across various staff shifts.
Requirements
  • A third-level graduate in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in management and supervising both individuals and teams.
  • Experience working within a HIQA-registered service.
