- Manage and plan a service for adults with Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health issues who have varying disabilities and complex health needs in a person-centred respite setting.
- Implement and ensure regulations and standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality customer-focused service.
- Provide support to staff within the respite service, maintaining rotas, training, leadership, supervision, support/care plans, and communication across various staff shifts.
- A third-level graduate in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in management and supervising both individuals and teams.
- Experience working within a HIQA-registered service.
