This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected. As a member of our team, you will participate in the development and implementation of process improvements, drive yield/efficiency improvement projects, and support commercial product introduction with a special focus on the catheters line.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of medical device production experience and knowledge of Balloon Catheters. You will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies to improve yields, balancing the line, and increasing outputs. Additionally, you will execute preventative maintenance for the cleanroom, calibration processes for the cleanroom, and make decisions on accept/reject criteria in production with support from Quality.
Responsibilities:
- Supports engineering to drive yield/efficiency improvement projects
- Conducts feasibility studies to improve yields
- Executes preventative maintenance for the cleanroom
- Executes calibration processes for the cleanroom
- Supports line issues on a daily basis
- Makes decisions on accept/reject criteria in production
