Our team is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive global IT programmes.
This high-impact role requires experience leading multiple projects, managing cross-functional teams, and presenting updates to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project planning, design, and execution phases, including Stage Gates.
- Manage risks, stakeholders, escalations, and present updates to steering committees.
- Develop and maintain project pipelines and interdependencies through portfolio forums.
- Engage with the Global PMO and strategy teams on new initiatives, policies, and procedures.
For success in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years' experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of leading multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, global, matrixed environments.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organisations.
- Familiarity with governance and reporting in regulated industries.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects.
