Product Complaint Investigator

This position involves overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure products meet high standards.

The ideal candidate will lead the investigation of customer complaints, working closely with various site departments to complete tasks efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate product complaint investigations and collaborate with site teams to ensure timely completion.
  2. Analyze complaint samples against reference data to verify authenticity and document results.
  3. Develop standard operating procedures to maintain quality objectives.
  4. Implement routine checks to guarantee compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Showcase expertise in quality assurance systems, methods, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate understanding of FDA/EMEA standards and quality management systems.
  • Demonstrate foundational knowledge of six sigma, LEAN, and root cause analysis tools used for identifying and correcting deviations.
