Electrical Systems Specialist

A leading provider of integrated facilities management and building services is seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join their expanding team in Cork.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and upgrade of electrical systems across a range of client sites. They will support planned and reactive maintenance, ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, and contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems to meet client requirements
  • Support planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently
  • Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact
  • Work closely with site teams, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality service and technical support

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience in facilities management, building services, or commercial electrical systems
  • Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, testing, and inspection procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across various sites
  • Full driving license and relevant certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling)
