Senior Solutions Architect

Job Description:

As a seasoned technology solutions architect, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and helping organizations grow, innovate, protect, and optimize their business performance. You will lead high-performing teams that deliver multi-channel solutions across customer and mobile systems in a financial services context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex multi-channel technology solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Interact with senior client stakeholders to resolve important questions and challenges regarding the solution design, plan, and budget of a complex customer channels technology transformation.
  • Work with diverse experts across various teams to define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-channel solution projects with a blue-chip consulting firm.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, Microsoft platforms (such as Dynamics 365 and Azure), EIS, and CRM systems.
