Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records through detailed reconciliation of client portfolios to implement our investment strategy.
  • Provide excellent client service through effective reporting and communication to strengthen relationships and retention.
  • Support internal personnel with operational inquiries to achieve company goals of excellence.

The role requires responsiveness, accountability, and superior attention to detail. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, providing exceptional client service, and supporting internal personnel.

Reconciliation Tasks – 60% per month
  • Reconcile cash and transactions for domestic and multi-currency portfolios daily.
  • Communicate with custodian banks to resolve discrepancies.
Client Correspondence & Reporting – 20% per month
  • Effectively respond to all client inquiries using internal resources.
  • Maintain focus on client satisfaction during communication.
Trade Settlements – 20% per month
  • Become an integral member of the settlements team.
  • Monitor open, unmatched, and unreported trades via internal reporting.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and experience with portfolio accounting systems and automated reconciliation systems.

They should possess excellent reconciliation skills, knowledge of equity settlements, and foreign exchange transactions, as well as fund accounting knowledge.

Additionally, they should have knowledge of DTC and SWIFT for trade settlements and experience with Omgeo Alert & CTM, BBH Infomediary, and FX Connect.
