Investment Specialist
Role Overview:The Investment Specialist plays a crucial role in asset management, focusing on two main areas: portfolio development and client engagement.
- Portfolio activities involve delivering high-quality information and material around products and portfolios. This includes preparing, enriching, and updating content, as well as producing performance reports.
- Client engagement involves interacting with internal and external stakeholders to communicate portfolio activities, grow assets, and retain existing clients.
- Develop marketing strategies and assist sales with ad-hoc requests for information about investment products.
- Contribute to investment communications content to support the marketing and distribution of financial products and services.
- Support internal management communication around key business initiatives and updates.
- Maintain quality of service by tracking performance metrics, attribution analysis, and deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, preferably with ESG expertise.
- Strong work ethic, drive, and ambition.
- Ability to work as part of a team, communicate clearly, and work autonomously.
- Concern for order, attention to detail, and ability to work under time pressure.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Bloomberg, and/or Reuters.
- Proficiency with Visual Basic, Python, Tableau, or similar software.
