Investment Specialist Role Overview

The Investment Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality information and materials related to our products and portfolios. This key position is responsible for producing and updating portfolio reporting, including presentation materials and performance commentaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Reporting: Produce and update portfolio reporting, including presentation materials and performance commentaries, to provide valuable insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Support: Assist investment specialists, fund managers, and analysts with client inquiries and follow-up requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Market Updates: Provide clients and prospects with ongoing updates on market views, investment strategy, and performance, maintaining their confidence in our offerings.
  • Investment Communications: Contribute to the creation of investment communications content to support marketing and distribution efforts, reinforcing our brand identity.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain and improve tools used by the IS team for periodic activities, enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Articulation and Client Interaction involve interacting directly with internal and external stakeholders to communicate portfolio activities. The successful candidate will grow and retain assets with existing and prospective clients, while developing the marketing identity and assisting sales with ad-hoc requests for information.

The ideal candidate will contribute to product development initiatives, own the message about capabilities under coverage, and develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
