Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement, leading critical projects, and contributing to delivering life-changing healthcare solutions.

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for leading product and process evaluations, ensuring thorough documentation. You will also support manufacturing teams on critical issues, including major customer complaints, line-down situations, and validations. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve process deviations, implementing corrective actions, operate and evaluate equipment changes, provide hands-on training to operators, communicate regularly with customers and project managers on project status, serve as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues, drive continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and quality tools, and ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
  • A third-level degree in Engineering or related discipline is required. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing or process engineering role is also necessary.
  • Experience within the medical device sector or a regulated industry is advantageous. Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in structured methodologies such as FMEA and root cause analysis, are essential. Hands-on experience with process validations, Lean principles, and technical report writing is also required.
