Job Summary

  • The Goods In Operative role involves receiving, inspecting and processing incoming stock efficiently. Key responsibilities include checking deliveries, updating inventory on the system and ensuring all goods are stored correctly while maintaining warehouse standards and health and safety compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect goods
  • Process receipts on the ERP system
  • Maintain warehouse standards and housekeeping
  • Meet daily Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Operate a reach truck, man up truck, forklift or pallet pump truck
  • Open pallet boxes and transport stock to shelves
  • Prepare international orders, including scanning serial numbers and shrink-wrapping pallets
  • Perform yard duties and adhere to Health and Safety Standards

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • High attention to detail and thorough execution
  • Counter Balance License required

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Education to leaving certificate or higher level
  • Enthusiastic, flexible and dependable individual with good punctuality
