Customer Support Representative Job Summary

The Customer Support Representative is a key role in our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The successful candidate will be highly communicative, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to broadband, Wi-Fi, and telephony services.
  • Work collaboratively with the network team to resolve network outages and maintain optimal network performance.
  • Remotely access customer equipment to troubleshoot, modify settings, and perform updates.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance regarding customer Wi-Fi networks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer address and contact details in the CRM system.
  • Configure and support residential and business customers with telephone services.
  • Onboard new clients for billing and assist with billing-related queries.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for the company's overall support processes.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer care role or similar field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and language for diverse audiences.
  • Strong interest in solving complex technical problems related to broadband and telephony services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).

Training and Development:

We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to cover all aspects of the role, ensuring that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.


Working Hours:

Our standard working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a total of 40 hours per week.
