At Amach, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team in Dublin. This role is responsible for leading the product development efforts, liaising with different stakeholders and focusing on the customer needs and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product development efforts and ensure alignment with customer needs and experience.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective communication.
  • Break down barriers to maintain progress on initiatives and negotiate with teams as needed.
  • Prioritize user stories with team members and ensure business requirements are represented in the product backlog.
  • Actively participate in Product Backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and project team's release planning sessions.
  • Formally accept user stories once all acceptance criteria are met and demo-ed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in working with Agile/Scrum work environment as a Product Owner.
  • Diplomatic with negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Accountable for the product backlog and prioritisation of user stories with team members.
  • Create business user stories and share them with the team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs.
  • Recognised voice of the business to the team.
  • Works closely with Product Manager to represent capabilities and features.
  • Experience working with Loyalty Programmes and within a SAFe environment or SAFe certification.
