About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Valuation Surveyor to join our dynamic property consultancy. You will be part of the Valuations & Advisory team, working on high-profile projects across Ireland and supporting senior surveyors in delivering exceptional valuation reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough valuations, negotiations, and inspections on various commercial properties and land.
  • Specializing in Landlord & Tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
  • Providing clients with accurate, well-researched valuations and comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain the highest professional standards in valuation services.
  • Contributing to the development of internal processes and procedures.
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise within the team and the organization.

Requirements:

  • A degree (or expected degree) in Property Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline accredited by SCSI/RICS.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
