Exceptional Support Worker

This role involves working with children and young people in residential care settings. The Family Support Specialist will join a dedicated, child-centred team providing high-quality support.
The specialist will engage with young people through structured interventions, daily routines, and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing support for complex needs (emotional, behavioural, or mental health)
- Supporting children in short-term, long-term, or high-support placements
- Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline
- Minimum 18 months' experience in children's residential care
- Eligible to work in Ireland
- A public service role with a high salary and pension scheme
- Additional allowances
- 23-26 days of annual leave (pro-rata)
- Paid travel expenses
- Paid mandatory training
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- Free parking
