Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Cork, Ireland.

The successful candidate will play a strategic role in supporting organisational effectiveness and workforce growth by partnering with senior stakeholders to shape and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance, talent development, and organisational change across multiple business areas.
  • Offer expert guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including performance, succession planning, and development.
  • Lead on restructuring, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness projects.
  • Manage and contribute to change and transformation initiatives across functions and departments.
  • Advise on complex HR issues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Facilitate key talent processes including leadership development and workforce capability planning.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level (Master's qualification is a plus) and a full member of CIPD.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR partnering role within a fast-paced, commercial setting (ideally 5 years or more).
  • Confident working closely with executive leaders and senior management teams to deliver strategic people solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Able to operate independently in a remote capacity, with the flexibility to travel to sites when required (a full, clean driving licence is essential).
