This role will provide you with the opportunity to gain experience across the Agribusiness category, including business development, branch and direct customer sales, farm development / advisory, while pursuing a career in a challenging and fast-moving environment.

As an Agribusiness Graduate, you will work closely with the wider agribusiness commercial teams, gaining the skills and confidence to develop our business through new sales and innovation. You will also develop areas ranging from on-farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory and project management, as well as working on aspects of our retail operations and managements, customer service, people management, category management and logistics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or related disciplines, and demonstrate ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment. They should think commercially and deliver customer-centric solutions, drive collaboration and build partnerships to meet shared objectives, communicate clearly and influence at all levels, and demonstrate a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow.

• Responsibilities:

• You will advance your technical experience by working closely with the wider agribusiness commercial teams, gaining the skills and confidence to develop our business through new sales and innovation.
• You will develop areas ranging from on-farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory and project management.
• Work on aspects of our retail operations and managements, customer service, people management, category management and logistics

• Requirements:
• High academic record to date in the following fields of study: Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or related discipline; and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree.
• Strong technical knowledge and customer-facing/retail experience is an advantage.
• Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment.
