Agribusiness Graduate

This role offers a unique blend of retail branch and on-road customer interaction, providing valuable experience in business development, direct customer sales, farm development, and advisory. As an Agribusiness Graduate, you will be part of a challenging and fast-paced environment, driving growth objectives and advancing technical skills through collaboration with the wider commercial teams.

Responsibilities
  • Gain experience across the Agribusiness category, including business development, branch and direct customer sales, farm development/advisory.
  • Advance technical experience by working closely with the agribusiness commercial teams, developing skills and confidence to drive business growth through new sales and innovation.
  • Develop areas such as on-farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory, and project management.
  • Contribute to aspects of retail operations and management, customer service, people management, category management, and logistics.
Requirements
  • High academic record in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or related disciplines, with a minimum 2.2 honours primary degree.
  • Strong technical knowledge and customer-facing/retail experience is advantageous.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness in an exciting, ever-changing, and challenging environment.
  • Ability to think commercially and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Capacity to drive collaboration and build partnerships to meet shared objectives.
  • Effective communication skills, influencing at all levels.
  • Demonstrate a thirst for knowledge, desiring continual learning and growth.
  • Analytically-minded, able to develop creative insights and execute change.
