Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our design team, fostering collaboration and driving sales growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in interior design and sales, guiding teams towards excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage high-performing design teams, ensuring seamless customer interactions and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Coach team members to enhance their professionalism, providing personalized guidance on business development strategies and market expansion initiatives.
- Partner with associates to oversee design projects, customer relationships, sales volume, consultant effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction levels.
- Establish clear goals for the team and hold them accountable for meeting these objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably with at least 5 years of experience in interior design and sales. Alternatively, a High School diploma or equivalent, combined with at least 10 years of progressive relevant work experience and practical interior design expertise, may be considered.
- Proven track record in residential interior design sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of effective sales techniques and design principles.
- Strong leadership skills, including supervisory experience and ability to train and coach staff for optimal performance.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to provide comprehensive training and coaching on design, product knowledge, sales performance, and customer service standards.
