Employee Benefits Administrator

The position involves administering employee benefits schemes, ensuring efficient processing and management of benefit plans.

This role is instrumental in providing administrative support to consultants, working closely with them to deliver client services across group risk, pensions, group private medical insurance, dental, and wellbeing services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting consultants in their daily tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery to existing and prospective clients. Key responsibilities include managing workload effectively, maintaining attention to detail, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills include experience in group pensions and/or group risk, preferably in a brokerage or life office setting. Knowledge of group PMI and dental plans is an advantage. A QFA qualification is necessary, with a willingness to undertake additional professional qualifications in the future. Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are essential.
