We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead HR professional to join our UK & I HR team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for leading HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
Job Responsibilities:- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop and implement induction programs for new joiners to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring compliance and a positive exit experience.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns.
- Provide timely support to employees.
- Union Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for union representatives.
- Negotiate and manage union agreements, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
- University degree with a focus on HR or a related field.
- 7-10 years of HR experience in an international organization.
- Experience in the IT sector is an advantage.
- High proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Results-driven and ability to work in demanding and fast-paced organizations.
