Job Title: Rehabilitation Assistant

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives?

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team, working closely with individuals who have acquired brain injuries to empower them towards independence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and provide personalized support
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver co-ordinated care plans
  • Help create and guide rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs
  • Encourage independence through daily living skills and goal-focused activities

Requirements:

  • Relevant Health or Social Care qualification at QQI Level 5 or higher
  • Full driving license
  • Strong communication skills with person-centred values
  • Ability to engage compassionately and confidently in spoken and written English
