Healthcare Assistant Role in Cork

Cpl Healthcare partners with leading providers of intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder and acquired brain injury services to deliver exceptional quality person-centred care.

Our client's vision is to create a home-like environment where residents can remain active in their social, religious, and recreational activities, while staying connected to their family and friends.

As a key member of our team, you will provide support to residents in a care environment, working closely with experienced staff to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A health or social care qualification, such as a third-level degree in Psychology, Social Care, or Social Work.
  • Fetac Level 5 – Health Care Major Award or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a care environment.
  • Good knowledge of cognitive rehabilitation principles and techniques.
