Business Development Intern

Responsibilities

  • Contribute energy, knowledge, innovation, and leadership to carry out tasks such as developing and monitoring project costs, supporting inventory reconciliation within SAP, understanding WIP and finished goods storage transactions, and solving Supply Chain problems.
  • Collaborate with external supply chain warehouse partners and internal warehouse and inventory control teams to support logistics and transportation operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Global Trade Compliance and internal operational procedures.

What You Will Gain

  • Gain functional expertise in SAP inventory modules and collaborate with external supply chain partners.
  • Experience logistics and transportation management with load planning, tracking, tendering, and customer service.
  • Develop skills to track and measure ocean steamship line performance with cargo and communicate shipment status reports.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Self-starter with a drive for improvement and progression of assignments/projects.
  • Willingness to tackle challenges in the Supply Chain environment.
