Are you passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them live independently?

We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team in Kilkenny.

As a Community Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by empowering them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting service users to develop and maintain their independence
  • Developing and implementing person-centred plans to meet individual needs
  • Building strong relationships with service users, families and community partners
  • Transporting service users to access community activities
  • Providing administrative support and advocacy services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant QQI qualification - minimum Level 5 in Healthcare or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a related sector
  • A full clean manual driving license with access to your own vehicle for work purposes
  • An excellent command of spoken and written English
