We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives in a 4-star hotel setting.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, enhance market presence, and meet revenue targets.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver exceptional customer engagement.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, and event sectors.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and online brand visibility strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with revenue and operations teams to refine pricing and distribution strategies.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.
- Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and promotional ROI analysis.
Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in a 4-star or similar hotel environment. Strong leadership and commercial acumen.
