Job Description
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team in a full-time role at our head offices in Grannagh, Co. Waterford.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team, including diary management, receiving and prioritizing incoming mail/calls, and administration tasks such as travel arrangements and compiling statistical information.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management for European Commercial Director and his team.
- Receive, screen and prioritize incoming mail/calls.
- Administration support to RSM Team including travel arrangements, coordinating customer visits.
- Compiling statistical information – site machinery stock lists, market surveys.
- General accounting – raising POs, checking invoices, expenses, etc.
- Departmental filing and archiving.
- Holiday cover for Reception / other PAs.
- Remain flexible to the needs of the Group.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in calendar management and travel bookings.
- Professional and friendly, with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload.
