Job Title: Personnel Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personnel Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our personnel department.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Provide administrative support to the personnel department
- • Maintain accurate records and files
- • Coordinate recruitment and retention efforts
- • Serve as a point of contact for employees
- • Develop and implement training programs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Work Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week
- Remote Work Option: Opportunity to work remotely one day per week after a settling-in period
