Test Centre Administrator

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of tests at our test centres.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising test candidates, performing security checks, and maintaining a secure testing environment. They will also be required to sign test candidates in and out of the testing room, file irregularity reports, and provide security at the testing facility.

Additionally, the Test Centre Administrator will be responsible for operating computer hardware and other test centre equipment, supporting operations and technical personnel with data communications, and participating in Prometric quality assurance, audit programs, and other company initiatives.

We are looking for an individual who is flexible regarding hours and able to cover in other test centres if required. If you have excellent communication skills, are able to work independently, and are proficient in using technology, then this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise test candidates to ensure efficient invigilation and execution of tests
  • Perform security/verification checks on test candidates
  • Monitor candidates during tests to ensure a secure testing environment
  • Sign test candidates in/out of the testing room
  • File irregularity reports
  • Provide security at the testing facility
  • Operate computer hardware and other test centre equipment
  • Support operations and technical personnel with data communications
  • Participate in Prometric quality assurance, audit programs, and other company initiatives
