The Digital Customer Success team drives business growth by helping customers realize Microsoft Cloud value through a connected sales and marketing platform.

This team leverages marketing insights to reach customers digitally and solve business problems using the latest innovations in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

We're looking for someone who loves working with customers to achieve their outcomes. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you'll be part of the next generation of sales leaders at Microsoft, shaping customer relationships strategically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build coalition support (IT and business) with customers, defining specific technology outcomes that align with customer strategy.
  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers, preventing churn and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Conduct analyses into what customers are using versus needs, driving greater consumption with customers based on analysis.
  • Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap, architecting solutions to meet business and IT needs.
  • Engage with and influence business and IT decision makers, providing feedback or insights to help customers define and realize their digital and business transformational targets.
