We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to fill this key role in our team. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious professionals to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the branch manager and team in driving sales growth and operational efficiency
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
  • Manage daily operations, including warehouse and customer delivery teams
  • Optimize branch performance to achieve targets
  • Inventory management, customer & supplier returns, stock takes & audit
  • Fleet management requirements
  • Deliver high standards of health and safety
  • Cash handling, assist with managing local customer accounts and debts

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve objectives
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Proficiency in using online and windows-based cataloguing systems and portals
