We are seeking a skilled Procurement Support Coordinator to play a key role in our end-to-end procurement process. As a Procurement Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring customer sales contracts, managing the drawdown of contracts, and liaising with logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer sales contracts to ensure they align with agreed product listings and pricing guidelines.">
  • Manage the drawdown of customer sales contracts and collaborate with logistics teams to meet customer service expectations.">
  • Track open customer sales orders and address any issues that arise.">
  • Support the purchasing manager in maintaining new product master data setups, supplier cost price updates, and other related activities.">
  • Raise central purchase orders as needed for consignment stock and general stock into branches.">
  • Regularly review key sales and stock reports to identify trends and potential issues.">
  • Manage the invoice error log for the fertiliser category by resolving issues and preventing new problems from occurring.">
  • Collaborate on process improvements to ensure compliance and minimize risk.">
  • Oversee regulatory reporting to relevant authorities.">
  • Liaise with key fertiliser suppliers to facilitate smooth product movements and procure-to-pay processes.">

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.">
  • Familiarity with SAP, Core, and Business Intelligence systems is desirable.">
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.">
  • Knowledge of the fertiliser product category.">
  • Superb written, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.">
  • High level of initiative and motivation with adaptability to change.">
  • Proven ability in planning, time management, and meeting deadlines.">
