Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic catering leader to drive excellence in food service.
Job Description:Supervise the day-to-day delivery of a 5-day catering operation, ensuring high-quality food offerings and excellent customer experiences.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, supporting their training and daily workloads.
- Provide operational oversight and guidance to ensure continuity of service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing inventory levels, maintaining effective stock control and expenditure management.
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and client agreements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced food environment.
- A culinary or hospitality background, with relevant qualifications and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen, with proven ability to manage budgets.
