Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor of Food and Beverage Operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food and beverage staff, ensuring that high standards of quality and service are maintained at all times. This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating staffing schedules, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements and sales.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with chefs to design menus and develop new concepts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems, particularly Micros.
