We are seeking a Service Supervisor to join our team in the heart of Dublin.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple areas, including food and beverage service, guest relations, and staff supervision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ensure all services meet high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory control, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in hospitality or related field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with ability to motivate and train teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
