Residential Scheme Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and supportive Residential Scheme Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our residential scheme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents, promoting mutual support among them, and encouraging community engagement.

To achieve this, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience working with vulnerable groups. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive and supportive atmosphere among residents
  • Encourage tenants to participate in community activities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working with the elderly in a care or support role
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
