We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying inbound leads, and building strong relationships with prospects and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Qualify inbound leads, conduct research on potential customers, and develop tailored proposals to meet their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers through regular communication, demos, and meetings
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and exceed monthly quotas
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (or additional European languages)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with a proven track record of success
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
