About the Role

As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will be working closely with senior management to deliver major projects. Your role will involve overseeing the technical, managerial and commercial aspects of your project, ensuring it is executed in accordance with our company's ISO procedures.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the engineering principles behind drainage, water, roads and traffic system design. They should be familiar with DMURS and have experience in compiling engineering planning documentation for major projects, including Flood Risk Assessments and Traffic & Transportation Assessments.

You will also require strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and basic AutoCAD skills, as well as knowledge of our company's design software packages. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a proactive approach and ability to adapt to changing scenarios.

We are looking for a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland or ICE status, holding a Honours degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, and minimum 5 years' experience in a design office environment.
