Job Opportunity: Senior Quality Assurance Professional

Elevate product quality as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Evaluate inspection methods and process improvements, ensuring seamless operations.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate inspection methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate inspections of first article components and fixtures to guarantee high-quality products
  • Develop and implement inspection methods, sampling plans, and related procedures to maintain quality standards
  • Design and develop fixtures for precise component measurements
  • Assess measurement capabilities through gage repeatability and reproducibility studies
  • Establish test strategies and validate equipment, processes, and measurement methods
  • Prioritize tasks, manage projects, and track progress towards set goals
  • Investigate and resolve measurement discrepancies to optimize product quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; 5-8 years' related experience or Master's degree with 2-5 years' experience
  • Proficiency in engineering software tools, including CAD (SolidWorks), engineering analysis, and statistical analysis (e.g., Minitab); Microsoft Office Products also required
  • Ability to lead self-directed projects, meet deadlines, transfer technology, and execute projects in R&D and GMP environments
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, written, and verbal communication skills
