Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Control and Training Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining the change control system and supporting all Document Control activities in accordance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include managing the change control system, reviewing and releasing change orders, and ensuring timely revisions of in-process documents. Additionally, this role will assist in software training, interact with internal and external customers, and support quality audits.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or training, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation systems. They will also possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply acquired knowledge of GDP and GMP to daily tasks.
