We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our Marketing department, you'll play a vital role in elevating our brand presence, supercharging e-commerce performance, and bringing exciting product innovations to life.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented marketer with at least 3 years of experience in a Marketing team, preferably within B2B. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives, conduct market research, create engaging content, and manage branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor insights
  • Create engaging content for digital and traditional platforms
  • Manage branding initiatives to ensure consistency with company values
  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations to ensure optimal website functionality and user experience
  • Optimize performance through SEO and CRO strategies
  • Use data analysis to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Support the sales team with marketing materials and training on current initiatives and product updates

Essential Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years in a Marketing team, ideally within B2 B
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with proficiency in digital marketing tools (CMS, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proven experience in market research and data-driven decision-making
  • Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Demonstrable experience in content creation, website management, and e-commerce
