  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with operational standards in customer service, operations, and merchandising\
  • Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement across the region\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and implement process improvements\
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency

\Requirements:\
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably as a Regional Operations Manager or in a similar role\
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams\
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and customers alike\
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region and manage time effectively
