Job Title: Fashion Retail Manager

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of a fast-paced retail store. This leadership position is responsible for managing and developing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations by delegating effectively and working with deployment plans.
  • Responsible for recruiting, developing, and motivating the sales team to meet sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by analysing sales reports and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while completing store administration tasks.
  • Report to the Store Manager and drive sales growth by maximising profit.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous management experience in a retail fashion store (preferably 2 years).
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Motivated, energetic, and demonstrate good leadership skills as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing staff, rosters, deployment plans, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to analyse targets, KPIs, trends, and merchandising.
  • Passion for delivering a good customer shopping experience.
  • Computer literate, POS, Excel, etc.
  • Fully flexible, including weekends and weekdays.
