Job Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where you will be responsible for managing a team, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to delegate effectively, manage a team, and work well under pressure. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store, cash handling, and operational procedures.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can use their own initiative and motivate the team to deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with coworkers to provide excellent sales service
  • Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
  • Connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customers' needs
  • Maintaining awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming product/trends
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Experience managing a team effectively
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated - can use own initiative and motivate the team
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Flexible availability - must be available weekdays and weekends
Requirements
  • Able to work weekday mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • No weekend-only availability suitable for this role
